Remove Additional Fee

To remove an additional fee:

1. Click the Account Summary tab at the top of the page. Picture

    

2. Click Referral Agreement at the bottom right of the page. Picture

    

3. Click Additional Fees. Picture

    

4. Click the Delete button on the right side of the fee you wish to remove. Picture
