Update Referral Status

To have your referral information displayed or not on the Bright Futures website, you may need to update your referral status.

To update referral status:

1. Click the Account Summary tab at the top of the page. Picture

    

2. Click Referral Agreement at the bottom right of the page. Picture

    

3. Click Update Referral Status. Picture

    

4. Enter the required information. Picture

    

• Active: Will display all referral agreement information.

• Inactive: Will not display any of the referral agreement information.

5. Click Submit. Picture
