Violation Date and Status Definitions

  • Due Date: Date specified by the Division to correct a violation.

  • Create Date: The Date that a visit took place.

  • Corrected Date: The Date Program reported that the violation is corrected.

  • Status:
    • Appeal Period = The period that an appeal could be conducted according to the Rules of the Human Services Board.
    • Under Appeal = The period that an appeal is conducted according to the Rules of the Human Services Board.
    • Variance Granted = The Program obtained a variance related to the Regulation.
    • Final = A final decision made by the Division or the Human Services Board.
