On 02/01/2022 a child was without supervision in their classroom for up to twenty (20) minutes while the rest of their class and staff transitioned to another room inside the building. The program reported this incident to the Child Development Division. The program has some developed systems for transitions but a break down in those systems ocurred. |

Staff shall be able to hear all children of pre-kindergarten age and younger at all times, shall be able to see the children with a quick glance, and shall be able to physically respond immediately. |
