    :     Often we are hesitant to have difficult conversations with parents because we are worried about a negative reaction. We are telling a parent something that they might not want to hear. This presentation includes answers to arduous questions. Learning and practicing the skills required to successfully present a difficult topic is the focus of this active presentation.

    :     Presented by Scott Noyes. This session is part of a six-hour mini conference. The day begins at 8 am with registration. A light breakfast of bagels and juice will be provided. Lunch will also be included menu: pizza and/or salad. Cookies will be served during the afternoon session. Fee is $10 for network members/$20 for non-members and includes the entire conference.
