During the summer, the licensee operated a drop-in program for middle school students. Sarah reports that this program is treated as a drop-in program where children arrive on their own and anyone can come if their paperwork is completed. If a child does not show up each day for drop in care staff does not attempt to contact parents. |

Reports to the child's parent shall be made in the following circumstances: when a child who is enrolled and expected in an Afterschool Child Care Program does not arrive as scheduled, and the parent has not informed the program of the child's absence, the parent or authorized person for the child shall be contacted immediately. |
