Create a written document regarding use of profane and obscene language when children are present in care, providing specific information about what is not acceptable. Review with all current staff, and maintain a signed document noting that they have read it and understand it. Establish a plan to engage in this review and documenation process with any new staff member. Send a copy of the document to sarah.crosier@vermont.gov. |
