Service Periods
Service Periods are defined as the two-week payment periods that have been identified for the generation of attendance invoices. A complete list of all Service Periods in the system can be found in the Tools and Resources system options.
From the Tools and Resources menu, select the option Service Period Lookup. As a result, the Service Period Lookup page (CM0114) is displayed.
The current year is shown with the list of service periods for that year. This information will be used during the creation of the following in the system:
Contracted Space Agreements
State Rate Table
Provider Rate Agreements
Transportation Agreements
The system Service Periods are utilized in the generation of Attendance Invoices.
