Attendance Inquiry
The Attendance Inquiry function makes it possible to query for attendance records by status and to determine missing attendance. To access this function, select the option Attendance Inquiry from the System Search main menu. As a result, the Attendance Inquiry page (IN0018) is presented. On this page, use as many fields as needed to enter as much information as is known for an attendance in order to perform the most effective search for the record in the database.

Due Date
Enter the due date for the attendance in this field.
Service Period From
Enter the beginning date for the service period date range.
Service Period To
Enter the ending date for the service period date range.
Status
Select the value for this field by using the down arrow (
) next to the field.
Approved
Incomplete
Manual Review
Rejected
Submitted
Void
Provider ID Number
This is a system-assigned Provider Identification Number that may be used as the most direct hit to the provider record.
Provider Type
Select the provider type by using the down arrow (
) next to the field.
Licensed Provider
Registered Home
Legally Exempt
Program Name or Last Name
Enter the name of the program (Licensed Provider) or the last name of the Provider (Registered or LECC).
Provider First Name
Enter the first name of the Provider (Registered or LECC).
Licensor District
Select the number of the licensor district by using the down arrow (
) next to the field.
Once you have entered the information in the above fields, click on the Search button. As a result, the Attendance Inquiry page (IN0018) is populated with the search results and contain the following for each attendance record displayed.
