Subsidy Review Letter
This letter is automatically generated through a scheduled batch process in the system. What this means is that a scheduled system process searches through the database and determines the subsidy cases that are due for the Eligibility Redetermination. The Eligibility Expiration Date is compared to the current date for the scheduled job and if it falls within the 45 day limit, a letter will be generated by the system.
An indication of this letter may be found on the Account Summary page for the case (SB0053) by selecting the option Documents under the Additional Account Options at the bottom of the page.
As a result, the Subsidy Case Documents page (SB0064) is displayed.
An entry for the Subsidy Redetermination Letter for Subsidy Case ### appears on the list. In order to retrieve the letter, click on the View active link at the end of the row. Since the letter has already been mailed to the Subsidy family, no other action is required.
