TIERED REIMBURSEMENT
Tiered reimbursement will be paid in the percentage amount assigned to the level achieved by the provider. It will be implemented in the pay period following the level achievement. The percentage payment amount will be computed and applied to the funding categories used for the regular subsidy payment.
