Violations and Corrective Actions

This table will maintain all Violations and Corrective Actions associated with a particular site visit. There are two ways in which to record this information:

Add

If you know the Regulation Number that you want to cite, this function will allow you to record the information without first performing a search for the regulation.

Regulation Search

If you do not know the Regulation Number that you want to cite, this function allows you to perform a search for the regulation and then proceed to enter the remainder of the information for the findings.
