Worklist

The Worklist is an on-line "to do" list of upcoming work items  referred to as the worklist.  The business rules identify system events and conditions that require work to be performed or completed or people to be notified of a condition with a person, organization or case.  The workflow manager provides the functionality to identify these events or conditions, identify what needs to be done next, identify who needs to do it, when it must be done and who need to be notified.  The product is future work items assigned to a particular individual and accessed through the Worklist.

The worklist enables a user to review and select items that need further action, as well as, access completed items.  The Worklist displays a listing of all events assigned to the user currently logged on.  The events are ordered chronologically by Due Date with the items with the oldest due date at the top of the list.
