Child Abuse Registry Details
On the Child Abuse Detail page, record the following information:
Date of Review*
Enter the date on which the record review is being conducted.
Prohibited Person*
Select Yes or No by using the radio button next to the field (
).
Add Finding
Select one of the following from the drop-down list using the down arrow next to the field (
):
Emotional Abuse
Medical Neglect
Neglect
Physical Abuse
Sexual Abuse
Risk of Harm
Risk of Harm - Sexual
Click on the Add button. This action accesses the Child Abuse - Finding page.
