Generating the Record Check Outcome Letter

An automated Letter Generation function is presented within the flow of several of the Record Check processes and is set in motion at the submission of the following Record Check Outcome functions:

Record Check Review

Variance Review

Fair Hearing Review

In order to print the appropriate Outcome Letter, select it from the drop-down list at the bottom of the page and then click on Generate.

As a result, the Document Generation function is accessed. The document software is loaded and the contents of the letter are generated. Click on the Save button to complete the process. For more information on this function, refer to the Document Generation Chapter.
