No Case Associated Contact Entry

This method would be used to record a contact for a person who has not been associated with a case. Access for this function is obtained through the Tools and Resources menu and selection of Contact Log Entry. As a result, the next page presented is the Contact Log Entry - Party Search page. The Party Search function is used throughout the system to locate people who have been entered so as not to create duplicate person records.
