Provider Type Complaints

If the Complaint is for a Provider, the investigation is tracked as a Site Visit.  Once a Site Visit has been recorded for this purpose, a link is made in order to connect the Site Visit to the complaint investigation.  The Site Visit may be in any status at the time of linking.  Once linked, updates can be recorded either through the Investigation Log or Site Visit function directly.  For further information on the Site Visit function, refer to the Site Visit Chapter.

On each of the pages within the Complaint area, there is a Sub-Nav Bar that contains options to which you can navigate to find all the information recorded for a complaint.  Click on the menu option titled Investigation Log to link the Site Visit to the complaint.

 

As a result, the Investigation Log page is accessed.  The Investigation Log page contains the following information about recorded investigations:

Investigation Summary

Initiated Date

Status

Status Date
