Child Care Financial Assistance Certificate

This certificate (also known as subsidy voucher) provides important information in regards to payment rates and eligibility dates, for each eligible child. It's important that a provider waits to provide child care services until after they have received this certificate. The certificates can be found under the Documents section of your Child Care Program Account.
