How Do I Sign Up?

To access the BFIS you need to apply for a username and password. Username and passwords are individual specific, PLEASE DO NOT SHARE THEM. Depending on your permissions you can access the following:

• Child Care Program Account (Access to this account is limited to owners, directors, administrators, and individuals handling the billing.)

• Quality-Credentialing Account (Holds an individuals professional development information.)

• Parent User Login (For families receiving Child Care Financial Assistance.)

If you have permissions to access more than one account, you will use the same username and password.

To sign up to get access to an account:

1. Go to http://bfishelp.ahs.state.vt.us/.

2. Click How Do I Sign Up? Picture

   

3. Fill in your information, and then click Sign Me Up? Picture

   

4. Read through the agreements and at the bottom of the page click, I agree to the above statement. Picture

   

5. We will contact you via e-mail within 1 business day. Please check your spam/junk folders for our e-mails.
