Service Request Status
This function allows you to view the status of your requests or submissions such as: adding an associated party, or submitting an application or reapplication.
To view the status of a service request
- Click the
Contact tab at the top
of the page. Picture
- Click Service Request
- Enter your Request ID, and click Submit.
- The status of your request displays. Picture
- For a description of the status types, click
Your request has been received, and is being reviewed.
Your request was not accepted by the Licensing Technician.
Reason why your request was not accepted:
Case conflict, or
Duplicate Submission, or
Incoherent/Invalid Data, or
Lack of communication
Your request has been completed.
