Prescreen Tool

The prescreening tool is to see if you qualify for the Child Care Financial Assistance Program (CCFAP) based on your family size, and income.

 

To check if you qualify for CCFAP

  1. Click the Child Care Benefits tab at the top of the page.

 

  1. Click Prescreen Tool.

 

  1. Use the drop down to select the Number of Household Members.

 

  1. Enter your Monthly Gross Income, and then click Submit.

 

  1. Your prescreening results display. To determine your actual eligibility, complete the online application for the CCFAP.
