Complaint - View Status of a Complaint
This function allows you to view the status of your previously submitted complaint.
To view the status of a complaint
Click the Contact tab at the top of the page. Picture
Click Complaint - View Status of a Complaint. Picture
The status of your complaint displays. Picture

Has been received, but not yet reviewed by the case worker.
Is in the process of being reviewed by the case worker.
Reasons why a complaint may have been rejected/not accepted:
The complaint was addressed by an alternative action taken by the Licensing Unit, or
The Division does not have the authority, or there was not sufficient information for an action to be taken, or
The complaint was referred to another Agency/Division such as the Family Services Division, or Division of Fire Safety.

The investigation has been completed by the case worker.
